MUGHLAYI OMELETTE

Updated: Jul 13, 2020

A delicious Omelette Placed on a bed of rich buttery grated egg masala and cheese.

This is a must try recipe at your home when u want an egglicious snack or even breakfast. This is a common street food available in North India along with toasted bread. We had a story hop recently in Instagram where the theme was an easy 15 min Snack. I was looking for something easy and a variety dish where many haven't tried making. Then this Mughlayi Omelette came to my mind.

I had tried this recipe few years back at home and it was a super hit . In the original street food they use around 100g - 150g of butter but here I have used the least I can i.e upto 50g. I don't want anyone's cholesterol levels going high because of my recipe :P.

A slice of toasted bread with a piece of Omelette along with the grated egg masala is heavenly taste.
