Mini Meat Pies

Updated: Mar 28, 2020

Crispy Flaky Pies Crusts filled with easy and yummy meat filling is an easy recipe which you can prepare for your tea parties, birthday parties, picnics or as a simple tea time snack.

I made these simple meat pies recently for a vintage tea party which I had with my Instagram friend bloggers. It was one memorable foodie event which we enjoyed to every bit. We enjoyed arranging the tea party snacks with the vintage floral theme. And then we had a hearty time clicking the pics which we insta food bloggers love to do the most and then the final part was tasting all those yummy food and chitchatting.

I had also made some croissant sandwiches, the recipe of which I will be posting in my next blog post. These meat pies can be made with a ready made store bought puff pastry.

I had used mini pastries but if you don't get the mini pastries, you can also try with the normal square sized(I think the 4 or 5 inched ones) puff pastries. Don't use the puff pastries which you had used few weeks back and that is sealed and kept in the fridge. You need to use new packet pastries which gives that crispiness. I have always seen that whenever I bake with my leftover sealed pastries that are in the freezer, it doesn't give that crispiness.

While making the filling, the addition of cheese and cream gives that extra yumminess to the filling. Lets move on the recipe,
