Baked Potato Wedges

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside baked potato wedges are perfect as a snack as well as a side dish to any main course dish.



This is one of my easy go to recipe when the kids come up asking for snacks. Its an easy recipe with not much ingredients and not much dishes required for its making. All it requires is a bowl for marinating the potatoes and the baking pan for the baking purpose.



This recipe is made as a part of a collaboration with my Insta Blogger friends. The theme being potatoes, the first thing that came up to my mind were these easy potato wedges. These can be made within 10 min and baked for 30 min to 35 min. You can also add in some cheese on top and bake it to have delicious cheesy wedges. Within minutes the wedges get wiped here as the kids love them.



 

Ingredients:


Potatoes - 4 (Medium Sized)

Garlic Powder - 1 tsp

Paprika - 1.5 tsp

Zaatar - 1 tsp

Oregano - 1 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 1tsp

Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cut Potatoes as shown in the video.

3. Coat the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients.

4. Place the wedges on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.

5. Bake for 30 - 35 min untill the potatoes are cooked, browned and crispy.
